about return and replace
|
When you receive the defective items, please send the items within 8 days
after you receive them. when you want to return or replace the items due to your personal preference, please send the items within 8 days after you receive them. The charge must be paid by the customers. You cannot return or replace the items which are lenses, ordermade items or use goods. You must apply for return or replace in 8 days by e-mail. The shipping fee is charged to us, in case the items is defective, is charged to the customers, in case the reason is the customers’ personal preference. The way of refund We refund via bank transaction or PayPal. In the event of a return due to customer's convenience, a return cancellation fee will be charged. The return cancellation fee is 10% or 5% of the total product price + actual shipping cost including packaging materials + insurance fee. In the event of a return after delivery, a return cancellation fee of 10% of the total product price will be charged. If an order is accepted and payment has been made, a return cancellation fee of 5% of the total product price will be charged. |
